In the outskirts of Colombo city, where high walls provide security and privacy, a lovely wall-enclosed open-living house renovation project was commissioned, for a small family.
In the outskirts of Colombo city, where high walls provide security and privacy, a lovely wall-enclosed open-living house renovation project was commissioned, for a small family.
As a design and build undertaking, in a foreign land, it was a challenge to procure good contractors and tradesmen to achieve the quality and finishes desired of the Client, which meant a considerable amount of time on-site and hands-on with both designing and detailing and building. The works were completed within 9-10months, in 2005.
