Northcrest is a residential care home in Delta BC with a total of 106 funded beds, in operation since 1994 and accredited under the Accreditation Canada program. We embrace a culture that values individual worth and the importance of a welcoming, friendly home. We strive for cultural awareness, respect resident diversity and welcome family involvement.
Northcrest needed a fresh website that could communicate it’s refreshed brand identity to the community.
We did a brainstorming session with the Key management team and responded instilled a document that outlined the challenges with the previous site. We also articulated the changes expected and the needed integrations for making the website effective.
